1)Octyl Tin Mercaptide:

Octyl Tin Mercaptide offers excellent fluidity and superior thermal stability, making it an ideal stabilizer for demanding processing conditions. It is particularly well-suited for high-shear applications, including calendaring, injection molding, and pipe and fitting extrusion.

2)Methyl Tin Mercaptide:

Methyl Tin Mercaptide is a high-performance liquid stabilizer primarily designed for transparent PVC applications. It delivers excellent initial color retention, outstanding dynamic heat stability, superior clarity, and strong weather resistance. With low dosage requirements, it offers efficient processing performance and a cost-effective solution for high-quality PVC production.

3)Reverse Ester Tin Stabilizer:

Reverse Ester Tin Stabilizer offers excellent thermal stability, strong initial color retention, and outstanding lubricity. It ensures smooth processing performance while enhancing product quality in various PVC applications.

4)Non-Toxic Ca-Zn Stabilizer:

Ca-Zn Stabilizer Compound is a non-toxic formulation based on calcium and zinc metal soaps, combined with high-quality hydrotalcite, antioxidants, and functional additives. It enhances color brightness, reduces material degradation, and extends processing stability, helping to improve overall production efficiency.

5)PVC LEAD STABILIZER:

Lead Compound Stabilizer provides excellent protection against PVC degradation, ensuring reliable performance during processing. It is widely used in the production of PVC pipe fittings, profiles, and cables. The formulation maintains product flatness, brightness, and uniform thickness—even under fluctuations in filler content. It also reduces material degradation and extends processing stability, supporting efficient and consistent production.

2. PVC LUBRICANT

PVC Lubricant is a multi-functional fatty acid ester derived from polyol esterification, available as white to slightly yellow flakes. It offers excellent transparency and dispersion, making it highly suitable for both transparent and foamed PVC applications.

3. TITANIUM DIOXIDE

T-898 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment treated with both inorganic and organic surface modifications. It features high whiteness, excellent hiding power, strong tinting strength, superior weather resistance, and outstanding dispersibility, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

T-896 is a chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide pigment designed for industrial coatings, with strong performance in architectural coatings as well. Its optimized surface treatment and coating structure deliver excellent weathering resistance for demanding exterior applications, along with good optical properties and superior dispersion.

4. WAX

PVC Wax functions as both an internal and external lubricant, improving the flowability of PVC resin during processing and enhancing mold release performance. It helps prevent defects caused by adhesion within processing equipment or molds, while contributing to improved high-temperature processing stability. Additionally, it promotes better dispersion of impact modifiers and fillers, thereby enhancing the overall impact strength of PVC products.

5. ACRYLIC PROCESSING AID

Acrylic Processing Aid is designed to enhance the fusion and melt homogeneity of PVC compounds. As a versatile, general-purpose additive, it significantly improves the processing performance of vinyl formulations, enabling smoother operation and better surface quality. It is widely used across a broad range of rigid PVC applications.

6. PVC BLOWING AGENT

AC Blowing Agent is a low-dust, organic chemical blowing agent designed for the production of polymer foams. It is suitable for use in polymer melts, rubber compounds, and PVC systems. With controlled decomposition temperature, rate, particle size distribution, and gas yield, it ensures consistent and reliable foaming performance.

NC Endothermic Blowing Agent is specifically developed to produce uniform cell structures and excellent dispersion in rigid PVC foam applications. It provides stable processing performance without affecting the color of the final product.

7. CPVC

Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) is a thermoplastic material produced through the chlorination of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, resulting in an advanced engineering plastic. The chlorination process increases the polarity of the molecular chain and enhances structural irregularity, significantly improving the resin’s solubility and chemical stability. As a result, CPVC exhibits superior heat resistance and excellent resistance to corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and oxidizing agents.

8. CPE135A

Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) is produced through the chlorination of polyethylene, resulting in a saturated polymer with a linear, high-molecular-weight structure. This structure imparts excellent physical and chemical properties, including improved toughness, weather resistance, and compatibility with various polymers. CPE is widely used in both plastic and rubber applications as an impact modifier and performance enhancer.

9. MBS IMPACT MODIFIER

MBS Impact Modifier (Methyl Methacrylate–Butadiene–Styrene) is designed to significantly enhance the impact strength of PVC, particularly at low temperatures. It provides excellent toughness for processing methods such as extrusion, injection molding, and calendering. Due to its composition, MBS is best suited for non-weatherable applications. It is available in both transparent (clear) and opaque grades to meet a wide range of product requirements.

10. ACRYLIC IMPACT MODIFIER

Acrylic Impact Modifier is a core–shell structured copolymer designed to enhance the toughness of PVC. The rubbery core effectively absorbs and dissipates external impact energy, while the outer shell ensures excellent compatibility with the PVC matrix. This structure delivers outstanding impact strength, along with superior weather resistance and long-term color stability under prolonged outdoor exposure.

11. PVC FOAM REGULATOR

Foam Regulator shares the key characteristics of acrylic processing aids, but features a significantly higher molecular weight. This results in enhanced melt strength, which improves melt elasticity and stability during processing. It effectively stabilizes cell structure by preventing bubble coalescence and rupture, leading to finer, more uniform internal cells and improved surface quality of the final product.
